We offer the courtesy of email & text reminders upon booking and 48 hours prior to the day of your appointment. We understand that things come up and rescheduling may be necessary but please do let us know as soon as you can either by phone or through your online booking app. A 24 hour notice is required in order to avoid cancellation fees. If you miss an appointment with no notification, we charge 100% of appointment fee. If you give less than 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay 50% of appointment fee.
